Residential

• $60 /hr - House Call - Technical Support Services (Fixing a Problem) (1 Hour Minimum Charge)
   
• $20 (Flat Rate) - House Call - Diagnostic Visit -(Assessing a problem for repair in future visit)
   
• Ordering - Ordering supplies and parts for your repair. Charges will be outlined on an Estimate for your approval prior to purchase.

Commercial

• Commercial Rates - Rates vary based on business size, installations, number of workstations, and service contract agreements. Estimate will be provided prior to charging. (Variable Pricing, Estimate)
   
• Service Contracts - Monthly service contracts for maintenance and support for enterprise-wide tech solutions. (Variable Pricing, Estimate)
